Scottish Volleyball is delighted to announce the introduction of a new age group competition for players who have enjoyed many years of success within the Scottish Volleyball Competition structure.
This new competition will bring some of the legends of the game back to the court to revisit their successful skill levels and also rekindle some of those old rivalries which are still talked about in the Scottish Volleyball scene.
The competitions on offer are Over 35’s for Women and Over 40’s for Men.
To sign up we have 2 options:
• Enter yourselves as a team (Maximum 8 players)
• Sign up as an individual and be placed in a composite team

Team Cost – £120 Per Team (Competition participation, SVA membership for all players, Limited Edition ‘Still game’ tee-shirt, free entry to District Cup, invitation to Evening Function, Free glass of bubbly on arrival at Function)
Player Cost – £25 Per Player (Competition participation, SVA membership, Limited Edition ‘Still game’ tee-shirt, Invitation to Evening Function, Free glass of bubbly on arrival at Function)
For teams who enter on the Saturday, we are offering a free entry place into the District Cup the day after. Please note, as this is a mixed sex competition, teams will need to find minimum 2 members of the opposite sex in order to fulfil the competition requirements.
We are hosting a social function within the University of Dundee Student Union between 7pm and 11pm. After this, guests can continue their evening in the air bar (the function room turns into this after 11pm).
Scottish Volleyball also has an agreed rate of £65 per twin room at the Holiday Inn Express in Dundee for any participants who wish to stay over after the Social function. If you wish take advantage of this offer, please contact competitions to receive contact details of the hotel.
This is a fantastic opportunity to bring together the current and previous players into the same venue with the Scottish Cup and Scottish Plate Semi Finals taking place within a 2 minute walk within the Centre for Sport and Exercise.
