The Scottish Open Volleyball Tournament is the largest annual volleyball tournament in Great Britain and attracts over 1000 players from around the world and this year’s event will take place over the weekend of the 4th and 5th of June 2016.

tournament at the Scottish Open Volleyball Tournament (SOVT) has now opened. This is the 30th Anniversary of the SOVT so we are introducing a new level to the indoor competition.

There will be a Division of Honour as normal, but there will also be a Division 1 for teams who wish to play indoors but not at Division of Honour level. These competitions are all single gender.
A large campsite will be available for the majority of the players but there are many hotels and bed and breakfast establishments which are only 5 minutes walk away. Full washing and toilet facilities are available within the sports centre and so there are no shortages of home comforts for those camping.
