Beach Volleyball Linejudge and Scorer clinic
Beach Volleyball
There are key differences in the rules of Beach Volleyball compared to Volleyball. This applies to ball handling and procedures. Existing volleyball referees should therefore attend a beach referee course to gain a complete insight into how the rules are interpreted and applied.
Beach Volleyball Linejudge and Scorer clinic
This is a 3-hour clinic providing instruction on how to complete a beach volleyball score sheet together with the techniques required to be a beach volleyball linejudge.
The clinic provides an insight into scenarios that may occur during a beach volleyball match together with the FIVB scorer and line judge protocols required. After the clinic, participants are encouraged to attend events on the Scottish Beach Tour to gain experience and put the theory into practice. There is no minimum or maximum participation.
