2008 UK School Games

The UK School Games will give young people from all over the UK the chance to compete in the biggest school sports event the UK has ever seen. The Games replicate the feel of a major multi-sport event such as the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games or the Commonwealth Games.

Boys compete in an Under 17 competition and girls in an Under 16 (as of 01/09/07)

Would you like to be involved in this exciting event for 2008?
If so then please contact the SVA office and register your name and contact email with us.  Coaches and teachers are invited to nominate players but this is not required.  Players can also put themselves forward if they are interested in participating.  We only ask that the office is contacted in advance so that we are aware of how many players will be coming to the sessions so that we can have the appropriate number of volleyballs and coaches available.
