Focus on Junior Development.
The final clinic of the 2010/11 CPD Programme will focus on junior female players and the coaches of junior teams. The theme will be the development of the Spike and Team Offence, and I am delighted to announce that this clinic will be presented by Vince Krawczyk.
Vince is Head Coach of Troon Volleyball Club, Head Coach of the Scottish junior women’s programme, and one of the most consistently successful coaches in the Scottish game.

The clinic will look at the technical and mechanical demands of the spiking action, at the tactical requirements, and at the mindset of the successful hitter. The clinic will be a practical one with the work being completed by an invited group of junior women.
