Recruitment for Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Junior Coaches.
The start of the season is fast approaching and Jets Volleyball
Club are looking for new faces to join the coaching team within the club. Jets Volleyball Club are one of the biggest volleyball clubs in Scotland and this year we are entering 5 teams into the National League competition as well as entering a junior team into the Junior National League.
This season we are looking for Head Coaches for our 2nd and 3rd Men’s teams who will be playing in the 2nd and 3rd Division as well as in the National Cup Competitions. This is a great opportunity if you have coached volleyball before but now want to take charge of training sessions and matches. The teams train twice a week (once on their own and one shared session) and matches will take place on Saturdays from October through to March/April. Both teams will be aiming to finish in the top half of their respective leagues at the end of the season.
If you are just starting out and want to learn and get experience in coaching volleyball at a National League level then we have various opportunities to join the team as an Assistant Coach. Both the ladies and men’s teams are looking for enthusiastic assistant coaches to help at training sessions and matches. Lastly but by no means least we are also looking to extend our
Junior programme and do to this we are looking for people interested in coaching juniors from teaching them the basic skills to coaching the junior national league teams.
