Beach Volleyball at Scottish Windfest
The Scottish Volleyball Association is delighted to be participating in 
Scottish Windfest and will be supporting free coached beach volleyball activity for all comers on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th September on Barrassie Beach, Troon.
Members of the Troon Volleyball Club will deliver free coaches sessions from 10am to 4pm with the options for informal competition in the afternoon.
Scottish Windfest was selected by SVA and RYAS as the third event in their Sea and Sand Series. The ‘Sea and Sand’ project is about bringing together like minded people to build sporting communities along our shores and develop our seaside as free, flexible and complementary playing fields. While the rules and materials of each sport may differ vastly, the adventure, passion and resilience of the outdoor sportsperson is evident in beach volleyball players, sailors and windsurfers.
