Following the success of the inaugural Golf Championships at Mearns Castle Golf Academy in September 2013, this years event will take place on Sunday 23rd March at the same venue.
The inaugural event was a great success bringing National Team players past and present together with family and friends to support the Senior Mens National Team. This year the day will help support the teams bid to qualify in Iceland for the 2015 Small Countries Division Finals in Luxembourg.
The 2013 event was won by Kilmarnock 1, which consisted of Gordon Black, Colin Giles, Callum Green and Allan Thomas. On the day there was prizes for the winning team, best individual score, longest drive and nearest the pin.
