Scottish volleyball are now on the lookout for volunteers to help out in the 
numerous events coming up this year including the CEV SCD Under 19 Finals and the Scottish Volleyball Finals weekend.
Volunteering at these events will be an amazing opportunity to be a part of a team which looks to continue to grow and produce outstanding events.
The special events committee will be looking to recruit volunteers throughout Scotland.
If you are selected as a volunteer for any of this years’ events. You will be given the opportunity to play an important role to enhance the spectacle and organisation of the event. Being in such a role will allow you to utilise and grow your own skill set. You will play a key role in what is going to be an unforgettable event for many of the athletes and personnel involved.
There will be two types of volunteer roles- specialist and generalist.
Specialist volunteers will have specific existing skills or qualifications that are needed for them to complete the role.
Generalist volunteers will not need any special skills or qualifications and will receive all the necessary training.
Key Criteria
• 16 Years old by 1/03/2016
• Available to volunteer within a shift system during the event
• Eligible to volunteer in the UK according to UK immigration laws
• Must be available to attend any scheduled training
Dates and venues
CEV SCD Womens U19 European Championship Finals – 31st March to 3rd April (University of Edinburgh)
Finals weekend – 15-17 April (University of Edinburgh)

Every applicant will be sent a volunteer application form which they must complete. The applicants will be notified by email whether they have been successful or not for particular roles.
