Home Nations Junior Beach Cup – Cardiff

24 Scottish Junior Beach Volleyball players at the Home Nations Beach Volleyball Cup

24 Scottish Junior Beach Volleyball players will be travelling down to the Cardiff Beach Volleyball Centre this weekend to compete in the first Home Nations Junior Beach Volleyball Cup.

Scotland will be represented by 3 girls teams and 3 boys teams, with each team consisting of two beach volleyball pairs, with each team have a nominated pair 1 and pair 2. For each match, the country’s pair 1s will play each other, while the pair 2s will also face off. If a team wins both rounds, they take the match. If it is a tie, the team coach can select any two of the four team players to play off in the Golden Match tie-breaker. Teams of four players will look to advance from the pool stages into the knockout phase, and ultimately to be crowned champions.

The tournament runs from Monday 6th August to Wednesday 8th August and will be streamed live on the Home Nations Junior Beach Volleyball Cup website.
