#6 and the final date in our Scottish Beach Tour calendar – The Jets Open offers the climax competition on our tour calendar. Running mixed competition on the Saturday and the 2v2 competition on the Sunday.
Deadline for Sunday 2v2 competition will be Wednesday 23 August and you can register here https://www.scottishvolleyball.org/beach/login. If you have any problems registering please contact the SVA offices (0131 556 4633)
NOTE: It will be a busy weekend on the Beach. We also have a European men’s beach competition running Friday/Saturday/Sunday- with prelim rounds Friday & Saturday, semi-finals & finals on Sunday. Those players in the European competition can also enter the Jets Open Championships.
NOTE 2: the Queens Baton Relay will be passing through Portobello on Saturday afternoon – lights, camera, action… TV crews, reporters, celebs will all be there and you should be on the beach playing in the mixed competition. Best view in town.
NOTE 3: Scottish Beach Tour champions Men & Women will be crowned on Sunday after our centre court tour finals.
