School Volleyball Player Membership - Guide




The school membership system is required for schools to participate in any Scottish Volleyball Schools event. The association needs to report statistics on members of all levels. The membership must be filled out before a school competes in a schools cup match or festival (with the exception of those able to register on the day for festivals)







The best way to register your players is via the spreadsheet and email this to info@scottishvolleyball.org


Each school can access a list of who is registered via their online log-in or by emailing info@scottishvolleyball.org


For school festivals, the organiser will bring along the membership list for each school to the tournament, for any players not on this list at the festival, the organiser will have individual forms on hand that the teacher/Active Schools officer can give out to unregistered pupils, who can fill in the information and then give them to the organiser. The SVA can then input the data on behalf of the school, thus minimising the time spent on the process by teacher/active schools officer.





The cost of entering any SVA school event is FREE. Each school is just required to pay per participant a fee of £3.00. This fee is just due once per person.


The membership entitles an individual participant to enter the Schools Cup and any/all School Festivals to which they are eligible. School Festivals and Schools Cup for only £3.00 a head! :)




The SVA office will invoice the school at three periods throughout the year: End of November, End of February & End of April. Purchase Order numbers can be included to assist your school office.   Please make sure invoicing details are provided on the registration sheet.
